Under the gun big time.Less than a week to end the month and I'm just at 58% of my buget.I know a few salespeople who at this point would be looking towards next month.The one thing that is our biggest enemy is time.Life or business time is always against us.The month is closing fast and for me it's time to dig into work.Dig in like a Alabama tick.Follow up and strong closing tactics will be my game plan.In sales the end of month can be exciting and fun but only if it's productive.The company as a hole is down as far as production is down but I take no comfort in that.There are some individuals that are having a great month. I look at that as a sign that there is still room for improvement on my part. I will be the first one at work today.Mind and heart ready.With no real strong prospects to close I will look toward finding fresh contacts."Clear eyes full hearts can't lose" quote from Friday Night Lights.Normally I would go after the high dollar prospect but I think I will do a bit of both,prospecting high and average dallor clients.I have some clients that backed out so far,thats where I will start first thing today.Following the don'ts of end of month sales I will not make excuses,ignore the facts,or proctastinate.I know the one the I must do is stay positive.Some salespoeple at the end the month when things are at there worst seem to like to wollow in self pity and produce negative situations.They will seek you out and try to get you into their negative outlook.I will stay away from that poison and stinking thinking.I do try to help those who need and except help.It has been a fantastic weekend,the weather was awesome and will be for the next week.I say to all sales and business professonals have a winning end of month.
